Liverpool 3 - 1 Manchester United (FT)
A goal from Sadio Mane started the day for dominating Liverpool but Jesse Lingard equalizes minutes later after a mistake of handling from Allison (sounds familiar? against Arsenal). At half time the score ended at 1 - 1. But after dominating for much of the second half Liverpool found the break after a super strike(after deflection) from substitute Shaqiri in the 73rd minute before Shaqiri scored again in the 78th minute from another deflected strike. And so the day ends horribly for Manchester United (again).
Manchester United have now conceded 28 times equalling the recored for the entire of last season!
Clearly shows why a new centre back is needed.
Maybe this defeat is good news if it sees Jose getting axed.
