Man United record first away win in over 7 months

Partizan Belgrade 0 - 1 Manchester United (FT)

Manchester United finally get an away win after Anthony Martial finished off a penalty late into the first half. Whatever the scoreline suggests, the game was far from Manchester United's control. As usual they failed to break the teams defending heavily, as they severely lacked the creativity to do so with Solskjaer fielding youngster Brandon Williams(Defender) and James Garner(Midfielder). Acceptable as Solskjaer needs to keep his first team available for the bigger games. But worse Partizan Belgrade, who sit fifth in the Serbian domestic league, dominated Manchester United on shots and those on targets. They even came quite close to scoring on multiple occasions and Manchester United failed to create chances let alone finish them.

But it shows just how weak Manchester United' bench will be, apart from our adequate first team, we'll have players like Mata(out of his prime), Lingard(out of form permanently) and youngsters to depend on (have little experience).  They failed to nullify the threat Partizan Belgrade, who sit fifth in the Serbian domestic league, dominated Manchester United on shots and those on targets. They even came quite close to scoring on multiple occasions.

But all in all, it shows how any manager coming to United will at least a few season of transfer activity to bring the right players in and clear the wrong players out.
