Manchester United 2 - 2 Aston Villa (FT)
Manchester United made poor start and almost immediately paid the price for it with Jack Grealish curling home a dipping strike over David De Gea. Just before half-time Rashford powered in a header which defected of goalkeeper Tom Heaton and both teams went into the break level. After the restart Manchester United showed signs of improvement and went up thanks to a well-placed header from Victor Lindelöf. But hopes were diminished just two minutes after as clever lob from Targett was powered in by Tyrone Mings.
