First team to win 4 games in a row by a goal margin of 3 or greater

Aston Villa 0 - 3 Manchester United
Bruno wins penalty

Manchester United make it 16 unbeaten with an easy win over relegation-threatened Villa. Bruno Fernandes won the first penalty and slotted it home with ease. Controversially it shouldn't have been a penalty as replays showed that it was Bruno who fell after fouling the defender. VAR didn't help fortunately and the goal kick-started a thorough rinsing of Aston Villa after a shaky start.

Wan-Bissaka heads wide

Just minutes later, Shaw chipped in a cross that met Bruno's head, from point-blank range, but ultimately went inches over the bar! Aaron Wan-Bissaka also had a chance to get on the act but he too headed wide from the back pole.

Greenwood strikes the ball

Greenwood scores
Moments before halftime Mason Greenwood scored again to double the advantage; a power shot into the goal left the goalkeeper helpless. Only Wayne Rooney has scored goals in 3 consecutive matches as a teenager.

Pogba celebrates
Pogba scores
Villa never got going in the second hand and Paul Pogba finished off the game after Bruno's cross to the edge of the box. He gracefully placed it into the bottom right corner of the net weaving the ball between all defenders blocking the way.

The only other significant chance game when Fernandes slipped Anthony Martial the ball through the backline. But he could only hit the underside of the cross-bar. The game was effectively over at that point and Ole made a few subs to give other players a chance and rest key players like Bruno Fernandes.
