Everton win save Ole from the sack... for now

 Everton 1 - 3 Manchester United

Manchester United players went into the game knowing a bad performance like the previous few matches,   would get their manager sacked. The players showed grit and determination to come back from a goal down to score 3 and win the game.

The game started with Everton on the front foot, energetic and looking to play the ball ahead. They were rewarded for it quite soon with Everton winger Bernard cutting in and slipping a shot just past De Gea's fingertips.

Everton's lead didn't last long with Manchester United rejuvenated after getting a slap in the face knowing a loss would be unacceptable. Good build-up play meant Luke Shaw found himself free on the left flank. A good place cross and a bursting run and a power header from Bruno Fernandes meant United were back in the game.

Bruno Fernandes added the second too. United again worked the ball well, weaving it through the Evertonian defence. He swung in a cross that although initially appeared to glance of Rashford's head was actually a direct goal by Burno Fernandes!

The game continued with both sides trying to create but a strong defence repelling the attackers. Everton tried one last push towards the end but got caught out and United attacked with pace. Bruno Fernandes carried the ball leaving the Everton players in the dust. Substitute, Edinson Cavani was on the left and Bruno Fernandes decided to give the ball to Cavani than grabbing a hattrick for himself. Cavani kept his cool and smashed it past Jordan Pickford.

Final Whistle! United win and Ole saves his job! It was United's 7th consecutive away win in the Premier League, a new record. This is in stark contrast to their home form with United not winning a single Premier League game at home.

In the post-match interview, Ole wasn't happy with the fixture schedule. A Champions League game just 2.5 days ago meant that the players were still tired from travelling back and then to the Everton game. This lead to Luke Shaw picking up an injury towards the end of the game. Onto the international break now hopefully giving some players more time to recover now.
