CHAMPIONS LEAGUE HERE WE COME!

Leicester City 0 - 2 Manchester United

Although there were some tense moments, for the most part, Manchester United comfortably eased past Leicester City. The first half was mostly uneventful. Both teams had chances but couldn't make anything of it thanks to a solid defensive display. The second half saw a motivated Manchester United pushing for the goal. They were not happy to rely on their 1 point advantage and rightly so, we saw it happen at Southampton when United was leading 2-1 but conceded late on and dropped 2 points. Bruno Fernandes scored the first goal for Manchester United from their 14th penalty. A new record in the Premier League. Jealous fans are voicing their anger on social media. The Blues desperately tried their best to make a comeback, but the united defence held. Instead, deep into stoppage time, a momentary lapse from Kasper Schmeichel meant that Jesse Lingard was able to rob him of possession and tapped it into the back of an empty net. His first Premier League goal, in the last minute of this season's Premier League.
